| The reputation shows how popular of a member you are. There is a plus and minus sign on the right hand side of each post. You can give positive reputation by clicking the + and take away reputation by clicking the minus, however, I think that if you do what is known as "revenge reputation", that is, taking away reputation from a user you either know or perceive to be taking away your own reputation, you will get a warning, however, I am not positive on this. | |

At the moment, we only have a tiny community so two moderators and an advisor are all we need. If we gain more members in the near future though, we may seek out more staff. | |
